The Leica STELLARIS 8 tauSTED (Stimulated Emission Depletion) is a fully integrated system with FALCON (FAst Lifetime CONtrast) imaging. The tauSTED microscope is based on a Leica STELALRIS 8 spectral confocal scan head. The system has unique features that allow for unsurpassed flexibility and sensitivity in confocal, lifetime (FLIM), and STED imaging microscopy.
The Zeiss 980 NLO system consists of an inverted Axio Observer microscope, laser scanning confocal, 32 channels spectral imaging, one 8Y-airyscan detector and two channels non-descan (NDD) epi-fluorescence detectors, motorized piezo stage for automated scanning, definite focus for focus compensation in time-lapse imaging and an IR Insight 3X, ultrafast Ti:Sapphire laser for multiphoton excitation.
The Zeiss 780 NLO system consists of an inverted Axio Observer microscope, laser scanning confocal, 32 channels spectral imaging, two channels NDD transmission detectors and two channels non-descan (NDD) epi-fluorescence detectors, motorized stage for automated scanning, and IR Chameleon Vision-II, ultrafast Ti:Sapphire laser for multiphoton excitation.
Light sheet is a technology proven to capture high resolution, three-dimensional images while being very gentle on living samples.
A dual-channel spectrometer that combines a confocal scanning microscope with fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), and is optimized for both single-photon and multi-photon excitation.
Corrected inverted microscope with four output ports equipped with multiple objective lenses.
This is a custom built system using Olympus optics and other companies’ optics and lasers.
The Chronos is a compact and portable spectrofluorometer for fluorescence lifetime measurements with picosecond resolution and for the acquisition of steady-state fluorescence measurements (polarization measurements at fixed wavelengths, kinetics studies; xenon arc lamp 230-850nm).
